At KICA Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
